1. PREPARATION OF YOUR ORDER

Generally, your order will be prepared within 12 hours to 48 hours, except in the event of non-payment.

In the event of a sudden increase in activity, bad weather or any other unforeseen event, preparation time may be extended.

If a problem arises during the preparation and shipping of your order (out of stock, incomplete address, rejection of payment, etc.) our team will contact you as soon as possible (maximum within 72 hours).

Information regarding the packaging of your package:

Items are sent in plastic bags or boxes depending on their size.

Please note: in rare cases, it may happen that the package does not arrive within the times indicated for various reasons (routing error, loss of package, closed collection point, bad weather, strike action, etc.).

a - So Colissimo Collection Point

Ideal for delivery anywhere in France, near your home, place of work or vacation.

Price : €4.99 (order less than €199) / free (order greater than €199, unless partial return of the order causes the latter to fall below the amount of €199, the fee of €4.99 will be due)

Delivery times (excluding package preparation) : 2 to 4 days (except in cases of force majeure)

Delivery times (with preparation of the package): 2 to 5 working days (except in cases of force majeure)

Terms :

No delivery possible to Hub Armées or Armées postal codes, nor to the French Overseas Territories.
You must present your identity card to collect your package.
In 99% of cases, packages are delivered on time, but there may be delays. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for a delay linked to Postal services.
You will be able to follow the delivery of your package using the tracking number. This will be sent to you by email and will also be visible from your customer account.
If you notice a delay, please contact us at 09.80.80.13.12 (price of a local call), so that we can open an investigation with the Post Office.

Benefits :

Possibility of having it delivered to one of the 18,000 collection points (merchant or post office) in France, not just the one near you.

Disadvantages:

You must travel to collect your package.
A fee of €3 is charged in the event of a return to the sender for unclaimed packages. In addition, the initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed (see General Terms and Conditions , section d) Refusal of packages or non-claims of packages).
If the chosen relay point is closed or unavailable for various reasons, your package will be delivered to another relay point (merchant or post office) close to the one initially chosen without the prior agreement of the sender or recipient. You will not be able to choose the replacement collection point, it will be chosen by the Post Office . If the latter does not suit you, and you do not go and collect your package, it will be returned to us after 10 days, a fee of €3 will be charged following the return of the unclaimed package, these fees will be deducted from the refund of the item. Additionally, initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

b - Colissimo with delivery against signature

Ideal for delivery to busy places such as your workplace, entrance halls, residences/buildings, sensitive areas.

You know to whom your package was given by the Postman! In the event of problems, the liability of either the carrier or the recipient may then be incurred.
If you are absent, a notice will be left in your mailbox. The package is then made available to La Poste for 10 working days.

Disadvantages:

You must have the signature of a person to receive the package (yourself or a third party with authority).

Price : free with no minimum purchase

Terms :

Collection will be made in one of our Click & Collect boxes, 24/7 or by appointment during local opening hours (Monday to Friday)
Orders placed on Friday must be placed before 2:00 p.m. for collection possible the same day, if after 2:00 p.m., collection can be done from the following Monday (excluding public holidays)
An email will be sent to you to notify you of the availability of your package in one of our Click & Collect boxes, with the opening code and the box number.
Your package will be available for collection in the Box for 5 days from sending the email.
If you prefer to collect your package directly from the premises, you can call us at 09.80.80.13.12 to set up a collection appointment on the date of your choice.
