1 - Take a tape measure and take your chest measurement and your waist measurement as shown in the diagram below:

- The waist measurement is taken at the narrowest point (approx. 6 cm above the navel, just below the ribs): the most important measurement to check
2 - Once these measurements are taken, you can compare them with our own measurements, in order to select the size that best suits you.
